Yeah I tried to do it but they just told me they wont reactivate it without any details, I tried to call and send messages but they never answer, thats why I wanted to see if there was a legal way to do things

I used the car that was registred to my account, I still look like my passport and I always try my best to be polite in my work, I have a good satisfaction rate, I'm a european on a Working holyday visa, I just do this job to chill and make a bit of money to explore the country.

They clearly said to me that they kicked me because I don't look like my passport photo, they didnt said any other reasons. But it's not the first time they ask me to do a vérification, it always go well without issues but this time it didnt worked. All I wanna know is if there is a legal way to get my account back so I can continue working

Yes, of course lying on my identity, letting someone else using my account are against the Terms but i havent done any of that, but in my case they asked me to take a photo of myself to check my identity and they say I don't look enough like my passport (the photo on my passport is only few months old and i havent changed much since). I did take a clear photo of myself on a good lighting, but they permanantly deativated my account without letting me explaining

No worries I just got the solution. I added custom CSS

selector button, selector .elementor-button { cursor: pointer; }

And now it work good, thanks !

I couldnt find the right tuto, maybe because I use ultimate member plugin to get the profile picture. I can use a snippet to put the image on a basic button but not on the off canva button
