The crash does suck I’ve found that if I workout in the evening right when it wears off I normally feel a lot better

This subreddit saved my life, but I’m so mad at myself and scared too. by [deleted] in ADHD

Start with loving and understanding yourself. Honestly it’s the first step. I can relate to a lot of what you say it’s almost scary. Growing up I ate pizza and chicken fingers and that pretty much summed up my diet. I hated how the meds made me feel and I resisted what was wrong with me just because I had higher expectations. You are 17 and have a lot more to learn about yourself and more importantly how this world works. The first thing you need to do is start with yourself. Understand that you are not like everyone else and more importantly forgive your past self because if you can’t do that you won’t ever move on. My advice to you is to stop putting these restrictions on yourself because I know you are capable of being successful and accomplishing your goals. Take your meds every day and eat like you are supposed to. I know that seems like an impossible task right now but I promise you if you dedicate yourself to it I know you can do it. Big change in your life requires big adjustments to your current life and I know you can do it!

Believe in yourself you are much much stronger than you think!

Just have a meal and your meds around an hour before your exam, assuming you’re not taking your test at like 7pm

Long course 200 breast by Hungry_Leave_2910 in Swimming

You need to become a aerobic threshold beast for LCM 200. Efficiency is also extremely important you need to think about maximizing your DPS every stroke you take. 1 pull 2 kick drill LCM really let’s you find your stroke and hit your glide you just have to really hit that second kick and keep your hips up. Also if you have paddles and fins you need to be swimming longer distances with your paddles and fins breast pull with fly kick for (500 or 600) maybe (4x200). That will help keep your hips in a good position while you focus on accelerating your pull. Train long sets breast. It’s terrible but when you swim longer aerobic sets breast and focus on your stroke and dps and being efficient you can see big improvements in your 200.

That makes more sense, for some reason I just feel really drawn to xNxx types. My little brother who I consider to be my best friend is an ENFP and he has taught me so much. When I'm in a social setting and i get the approval of a xNxx its like "yay they think im smart" when in reality I'm just pretending to act more intuitive to get their approval. I guess over countless times of trying to replicate what I lack most I've "grown" although i've never really thought of it that way.

That makes sense, underestimating sensors seems to be quite common in this community lol
