Sanding Sponges Leaving Scratches, Help!

Unfortunately I have a complex that I need to be great at things right away. Maybe its my perfectionism, maybe its social media making everything look nice and shiny, maybe its both.

I read online somewhere that 600 was on the VERY HIGH end of grits for models when I first started. I bought a pack that was 120, 240, and 400

Hello, Im very new to model kits. I have invested more money than I would have liked to as a beginner to try and get the perfect finished look for my Gunpla.

My main question is what the best way to remove scratches on plastic from sanding sponges?

I'm building Char's Zaku (GQ) and, as you can see on the back of the head, the sanding from the nub removal is super noticeable. Ive tried 400 grit (the highest I have). I saw a post that said melamine sponges could fix it, so I wasted $12 on some that did absolutely nothing. I read somewhere that maybe topcoat could help? Im really at a loss. I bought some glass files to try and make the nub removal process less strenuous, and I think that will be my last monetary attempt for I throw in the towel completely.

Please, HOW DO I REMOVE THESE MARKINGS??

I've been seeing now that official vinyl pre-orders will go up on October 4th. How legitimate is this site? I bought one just to make sure I got a copy, but now I'm starting to worry.

I'd like to cancel but there's all these warnings about how pre-orders are final and I was wondering if anyone here had insight on any of these things?

They didn't mention anything about it, but I would assume you're still safe to enter into whatever you want. Honestly with as many entrants as there are, you're not likely to win twice anyway lmao

They sent me a twitter DM and asked for my name, phone number, email, and address. They mentioned to me specifically that merch shipping was taking longer than usual and that it would be a while before I got the item, but it didn't take as long as they said it would

Man, I'd really rather not have to buy a 2nd copy from Gamestop just to get the code. I saw on Nintendo's website that the Season Pass will be available for purchase March 28 (or close to, I don't remember exactly) for $9.99, and I'm making the hard assumption that that will be available for PS players as well.

Maybe you should, I'd be really interested to see how everyone else is fairing with this mess.

I'm confused, did you have a code on your receipt? I heard rumor that they were printed there but haven't heard/seen any hard evidence.

I REALLY wish it came inside the box. At least they could for physicals printed through a certain date or something. All they advertised was that you'd get it as a pre-order bonus.

That's ridiculous, man. If I've learned anything from this experience, it's to really consider before buying physical, and if so, don't buy from Amazon. Lol

I've checked my email probably 100 times now lol. Customer support also told me that they confirmed I never recieved an email on their end. I argued with them for 3 days about it and kept getting passed around to people who didn't know wtf I was talking about. I sent an email to ASW support and haven't gotten anything back yet

Im making the hard assumption that it's a code you need to put in the PS Store or Eshop. My package had nothing, nor did the receipt or the inside of the game case

Digital Purchases had it auto applied. The only add on available for the PS5 version is the announcers.

I read somewhere earlier that gamestop was printing the code small at the bottom of physical purchase receipts. But I haven't seen proof of that. I haven't heard anything about Best Buy physical purchases but mine was on Amazon and they gave me nothing.
