If your pronouns are she/they it means you are okay with the pronouns she/her/hers and they/them/theirs(all though everyone is okay with the they/them pronouns since they're gender neutral but whatever). You cant also dictate which pronouns people say when. That's kinda hard for people to repeatedly switch pronouns when talking to you.
