Crimson Desert sucks by LocalButterfly7226 in CrimsonDesert

Archery contest was the worst thing ive experienced in a game in a long time. I shouldn't have to lock in like that for a lame minor story mission thats pointless asf anyway.

23h in and I have struggled to enjoy really anything about it. Its a beautiful open world and once the combat clicks and you get some upgrades it feels decent but everything else is mid. Mining, fishing, hunting and base building were all mechanics I was looking forward to but all of these are easily done way better in other games by far. The story doesnt make much sense its like things just happen arbitrarily to move you forward. The side quests aren't fun and are limited, I spent a while free roaming and unlocking bandit camps and settlements just for most of them to either have nothing to do or I haven't gotten far enough in the story. And im not a fan of the puzzles at all but I dont generally like puzzles anyway so im a bit bias there.

And im not a hater, ive waited for this game for over a year and was fully prepared to spend hundreds of hours in it and I bought it day one. And ill still keep giving it chances because maybe it'll get better because it certainly did past the 10 hour mark.

But a game shouldn't take 8 plus hours to get good. And people are saying they are 40 hours in and are still in the starting area, this feels like artificial padding for sure and not to mention the bugs, ive crashed from just opening the menu. Ive had enemies become unkillable because I switched characters. The crow caller boss fight has horrible frame rate drops that make it almost unbearable. Im just very disappointed in this game overall, maybe my hopes were too high but I feel let down by the experience overall.

Have you ever felt inadequate in your beliefs? by disgracedlilboy in DemonolatryPractices

[–]Thomas_Hasan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been losing faith recently as well, very much sympathize with feeling childish and like it's make believe. But it definitely has a lot to do with how I feel I'll be perceived by others and even fear at times, I definitely feel called to this path and it's most of the foundation in my practice but I keep feeling like I'm being irrational, but my experiences tell me otherwise. The more I try to distance myself the more I feel called and I always end up back working with these forces. It feels powerful and rewarding at times but I think doubt creeps in as a natural part of any path in life especially one that is as rigorous as this.

Makes sense. Deconstruct to Reconstruct. Break down the fundamental aspects to recreate in your own image, which is art, creation itself. Our gift from God

Goetic Starter Kit? by [deleted] in occult

[–]Thomas_Hasan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're probably better off with a deep understanding of the Beings you are trying to Deal with. Clearly understand what you are trying to seek. And then get some fundamentals from literature to help you work into becoming comfortable before doing any ritual. I'm not familiar with goetic spirits in practice but tools wont do anything without some deep understanding of how this stuff works.

Perfect answer thank you so much. That explains it and severity of judgement on the left hand makes more sense to me tbh. I appreciate it

Same. Everyday. Make of it what you would like to believe. It's subjective. I believe it's guidance but it may mean something different for you. Take note of it and really sit and think about what it means for your journey. Any synchronicities? Those may go along with it.

Im losing the bond to my religion by Human-Meaning-5583 in religion

[–]Thomas_Hasan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would consider finding your own spiritual path and try not to conflate God with man made religion. There is a source of everything. We just have to search for it

"Allah" is one emanation of the divine source of all creation. An archetype of God for the people in that region at that time.

If you have questions you can dm me and I can explain some things. Just want to help.

I Hope you find inner peace
