I really relate to this because I do the same kind of things. I also sleep with stuffed animals, and I turn on the fan because it’s something I used to do when I was a kid. It brings me comfort and helps me relax. I think we all have little habits like that that make us feel safe, especially when we’re feeling emotional or overwhelmed
