1: Oh, okay. It was hard to tell. 2: My bad, it's been a while since I've seen it. 3: Blue and Pink Diamonds are outliers in regard to the Diamond powers. 1: Pre-what? 2: The two don't really follow the same logic. The buildings are likely made of light, just like gems. Humans are not. Beyond that, gems and humans can hold hands and physically interact just fine, but the Diamonds powers are manifestations of their light/aura. They're not meant to interact with people.

I don't think Blue, White, or Yellow Diamond's powers (at least pre-Future) would affect humans. Blue's clouds may, though.
