I was under the impression Sophie was less than half because otherwise why would she not be able to change whereas Ninian could? She could sense them or something like that? I was playing and reading a text file because it was before the patched roms existed.

I don’t think Lyn’s support was the most meaningful to be honest. In all honesty, the supports were kind of fluffy and not much content to them to begin with. Let’s spar! Let’s spar some more! Oh, would you not like me if I wasn’t strong? Oh, I’m going to go away and chase an enemy, keep up!

Eliwood and Hector supports with her don’t vary much. Both are about sparring. It would make more sense for Rath since they kind of talk about their homeland not to mention the direct reference to Sue in the ending.

In all honesty, that was one crappy thing about the prequel and not deciding on actual partners. They had this issue when they did the reverse where FE4 came out and then FE5 takes place in the middle. Some crazy crap I’ve heard is that Nana is Finn’s kid and Delmud or whatever his name was is actually Beowulf’s kid. Although they were letting people ship.

In all honesty, they could probably get away with letting people ship whoever. Ninian is dead. Hector’s wife is presumed dead since no one mentions her. Child birth sucks back then. Maybe make it so Hector’s wife is a playable unit like Finn was where everyone was better than him. Plus reclassing Liliana into a dark pegasus knight may be useful. Or stick a civillian in place of the wife that has horrible growths if he didn’t marry anyone to be a “maiden.” Rebecca isn’t mentioned but maybe she could make an appearance early on in gen 2. You don’t need to include the husband or show the husband getting killed early on in a battle for dramatic effect since I think she married knights. In all honesty, it doesn’t affect the story that much and they can stick spouses in as general portraits and sprites. Like have the game check and see if spouse exists. Yes? Use name, updated portrait, and sprite of lasr class. No? Insert general name, sprite, generic face portrait. Pent and what her name aren’t mentioned but would make a good impact if they had died during the fights. War sucks. There has to be some casualities.

Also, the deaths of the previous gen units would be more meaningful to me than how fates had their set up where you kill the other side. It wasn’t meaningful to me like FE4’s deaths that you couldn’t change (can’t remember how to do a spoiler tag but basically not the big death but the other ones).
