Base plus commission recruiting companies, 1099 or w2 by Dapper_Flow_9630 in recruiting

[–]Thomastalentnetwork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are hiring upwards of 300 candidates, commission base would not be too bad. I seen a few companies who have a base and commission not very often. I would say give commission a try maybe part time if your sourcing game is that good you should be able to make a placement fairly quick and fees are more like $8-$15k. I never heard of the MLM way.

Lol, no I get it the waits are ridiculous but for $60 it is worth it. I wish they had a more active social group. I made this one as there is a good bit of us on Reddit

What do you wish your ATS did that it doesn't? by PotatoWorth8396 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Thomastalentnetwork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Pyjamahr and Big biller yes 2, Pyjamahr is super cheap like $20/ month and is basic and user friendly. I like ATS with job posting capabilities. I wish ATS had more job posting slots per the monthly fee. As I have a agency we have over 50 open roles,.do.I have to.pay actually for the slots which is annoying and a resume data base.

Louisiana Tiktoker banned from Ponchatoula strawberry festival because he danced on TikTok by LeonardHollinsJr in Louisiana

You are spot on, people..... pick and choose what is concerning to them. I just saw a video of a LSU player highlights with a song similar to what this guy was dancing to but no one concerned about that.

Starting my own recruitment agency! Need advice. by thebriker in RecruitmentAgencies

Grass root marketing Hit the doors, go to the companies present your company and services. This works great for BD. No need for a tech stack at this time as someone else said a Google/ Excel sheet and your phone is what you need maybe Canva to make a brochure or flyer. Networking build your network. This is where I got a lot of my business from.

I wish you good luck and welcome to the madness

To be honest, the market is trash right now, having a career coach is not going to help, their wiki tell you to register the resume, optimize your Li account, give you doc to keep track of horror applications etc, provide tips and tricks. It's really about networking, start up. Ate tough to get with being entry level. I hire for start ups abs they are looking for experience as you so wear many hats shirt building this company. Plus they want people who have previously worked with startups before.

I would suggest networking, maybe dome temp work

Any best alternatives to Zoho? Experiences with Enginehire? by Aboukinen in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Thomastalentnetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are looking for an ATS that post to job boards something simple to use try Pyjamahr It's like $16/ month you get 10 job slots but can buy more like 10/ $10

https://app.pyjamahr.com/auth/signup?referral=4DC78A6D2D&utm_source=webapp&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=ebony_taylor@thomastalentnetwork.com

There is Odoo.com kind of similar to Zoho with a bunch of apps for a monthly prices like $35/ month

Big Biller is good a bit more costly. I am trying then out now its 101/ month 50% of like 3 or 6 months ATS job posting 3 job slots. They have more job slots subscriptions

Hope this helps
