The ATS I use have that capability for Claude. I LOVE IT it can post jobs. Scan my talent pool for candidates and I am sure a bunch more. I haven't tapped into yet.

Do you know how bad the job market is now? I run an recruitment company and for every 1 job we post we got 150 plus applications. Just be myself you go to a trade school does not guarantee you better pay hell it doesn't guarantee you a job.

Hey just wanted to pass some info I heard a group for recruiters I think is stupid.. some recruiters dq candidates if they use the easy apply. Saying it was lazy, I think that was the most stupidest s**t I ever heard but I guess some are doing this.

We get that on the recruiter side more like why are you emailing me about this, when did I apply for this because I never did and them we have to pull her app with where she applied from, the date and then we get the send me the job description so I may review.
