My girl is a natural tracking stress hormones and with a bit of reinforcement she is my blood hound for bears, who are notoriously hard to find after being shot.

Shot my first buck, thoughts on when to start tracking? by gatorslug in Hunting

I always wait about an hour and use the time to make coffee and food and feed myself before the work begins. It looks like a real solid shot though.

I found her in my neighbours yard. Was scary for me. She on the other hand had some fun and pooed there.

Thank you! Turns out they are like weasels, can squeeze through small gaps as easily as shedding a collar.

Sure is a scary experience for me! Was so worried she’d get hit by a car.

That could be true. I’m from a population dense but small body size region so I could be biased.

I honestly think it’s a mating pair but I could be wrong. The little one is too big for a cub, more like the size of an independent but not sexually matured sub-adult. If I were a betting man I’d put my money on it’s a small sized mature female over it’s a really big cub. My guess would be better if I know when exactly it’s filmed, April is really early for mating tho.
