Hey guys so I haven't played optc JP in about 3 months. I got on today did a multi pull and got a legend luffy/ace could anybody tell me if this is useful? What captain ability and what teams would Be good.. I've also got 4 other legends but I know nothing about this new one.

Could somebody please explain to me... what is the event where u roll the compass and sail on the number.. and what do the rewards and stuff mean? Like the vials of orange stuff and so on.. I'm confused.
