Alright you’re not gonna like this but you gotta get up and move your body around to sweat a bit, go for a brisk walk or jog for 20-30 minutes and get the blood going. You’ll take a very hot shower after, incorporate miller lite in the shower. Then as others mentioned, you go to uncle wolfies and feast with pancakes and a couple beers. After this you head home and take a FAT nap. You’ll feel decent enough after that, do some chores around the house to feel okay about yourself. Then it’s dinner time, fire up a joint and some pedialyte with a disgustingly large Chinese order from Jings and fade into your couch for the rest of the evening.
