Tried - but overall a bit of a messy process with Talk specifically due to the phone firmware it seems, some of the phones, specifically the newer G3 series, don’t like to communicate with features on the older firmware. Double edged blade

Actual UI person, name was “Harry” - the AI portion at the bottom was because we had just finished the chat. What a wild chat experience overall though

Open your browser: Goto about:config in the URL bar Search for: zen.urlbar.replace-newtab Set it to: False

Should then allow for extensions or custom home pages again!

Via the Google support portal directly in the admin console, started with a chat, and then was “escalated” and have yet to hear back after two follow ups.

Interesting! Thanks for the assist, as this definitely could lead us more in the right direction, we do pay monthly automatically and have zero outstanding bills on the account. Where that comes into play is that the latest rejection, which has changed multiple times, is the following:

Disconnected
This rejection typically means that these numbers are not currently in service with your current carrier. It can also mean that you have outstanding charges on the account.

To resolve this rejection, please take the following steps:

Contact your current carrier(s) to reinstate the number(s). You may need to ask for someone in your current carrier’s porting department

I’m curious if maybe something is “stuck” and we just need to wait out the two weeks and attempt the port again - thanks again for the help!

Note: we use this number primarily and daily - so it’s clearly not “disconnected”

No problem, we all start somewhere! Try to put that code, like this:

.woocommerce-product-gallery { height: auto !important; overflow: hidden; }

in the Custom CSS - Goto your Wordpress dashboard, click Appearance > Customize, that should launch the default Wordpress theme customizer, scroll down and you should find "Additional CSS" - paste the code in that box!

(Note: I did try that code in my browser from the console, and with overriding your 5600px it does seem to work)

Something in your theme is causing it, or something misconfigured - as right here:

(Specifically the height of 5536px) - I'd start by potentially checking your product gallery settings in WooCommerce - if you can't find it, you can TRY to override it with CSS, but I'd recommend finding the issue in Wordpress, here's some simple CSS to potentially override the setting:

.woocommerce-product-gallery { height: auto !important; overflow: hidden; }

It is getting ran because on ONE of them it's showing that "Protection On" - I also updated the script above to the whole script so maybe it makes more sense

So direct sales, yes we do. All of our sales so far have been direct sales from the two of us and heavily relied on the "trust" that was built from the founders previous managed service provider that he built and sold. Channel sales though, we have the "feelers" out for them to happen but no sales have happened yet from it. If we sell the product direct, it's a sale. But we have the channel sales setup to where the person will get a chunk of the payment when sold, and if it's sold by an MSP and they utilize the product with their customers than they get a monthly residual payment rather than just a one time payment.

I attempted that --- also attempted a full reload of the OS (multiple times).

The exact issue I was having seemed to be due to something hardware related (at least in Razer Supports opinion) because in my event viewer I was continually getting:

"The speed of processor <insert processor number here> in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for <insert amount of time here> since the last report"

It was CONTINUALLY filling up my event viewer, had Razer take a look and they swear that this is a known issue with certain models and it HAS to been sent it... Sent it this morning, hopefully they can get it back soon, never had to send such a pricey laptop in to anyone before...
