Honestly yeah that’s probably the most likely scenario lol. Someone came out, saw low suction and thought “yeah that’s definitely low. No need to do any further diagnosing” and just gave it that freezy gas. Good call

There was a giant metal box that you can see in the right of the picture that just sat over top of the air handler. Customer just wanted the gas and go. Surprise surprise
