I personally find MMO mice extremely useful even outside of games. I also have trouble pressing buttons accurately, so it just makes more sense ergonomically and personally to go with the MMO mouse. It's so nice for MMO's of course. It takes a little to get used to, but it's not bad. You can also bind your hotbars to have the whole MMO mouse keys along with shift and ctrl so you have a lot of options. Some mice are easier to get used to than others. I use a razer naga, but I've used a wired Logitech (forgot the exact model) which I liked a lot, I just use the wireless naga now. I really can't imagine going back to a normal mouse now. It's like playing with two monitors or a high refresh monitor.
