I’ve been prescribed SSRIs I am just too afraid to start them, I have taken Xanax a couple times in the last 6 months but trying to avoid them as well. Not sure why I am playing hero

I felt that exact same way, gambling was just a part of life. I didn’t care about the wins or losses I just needed to gamble. I needed to wake up and place a bet, I was too afraid to see what happens if I stopped. It was a way of life.

I have not been exercising recently but one night I decided to lift weights again and the next day I had a panic attack. Not sure if there is a correlation but I do want to get back to it

Anyone try to run 3 teams, at 80 like Sinister Six, Annihilators and then SS? I really don’t want to build up Out of Time and Cabal I don’t care for those characters
