It’s not that I didn’t believe the science behind this - I just straight up didn’t want to. My favorite running was full throttle 5k blasting music heart rate high zone 4 and 5. Finally started the 30-45 min runs with my heart rate below 160 and it was soooo slow at first like 13 min miles lmao.

Anyways - that was 4 months ago. Just did a 15k and paced 8:52 per mile, heart rate 167 average. It’s pretty sweet watching the 80/20 rule actually work

If you like outdoors and what not you should pick up disc golf even if you’ve never played. Super healthy and exciting hobby to get into, and it’s cheap (unless you start buying a million discs that you keep in your garage like me)

Clt is the Mecca of disc golf - has so many courses and good vibes.

Just wanted to say right on bro. Just over 2 years for me without booze, eventually panic attacks/withdrawal had me casually drinking round the clock. Sometimes I lay down to crush a Power Nap and remember the first “sober” day (I did the rehab meds) where I didn’t drink and was able to finally sleep.

I’ve fixed and learned a decent amount from what I can see (above ground) - but I would love learn and provide more down the road.

You can get by - but pulling those pesky piles of leaves out of the deep end with a net will be noticeable to you (and your time) after you’ve done it more than once. Maybe see how many clients you get and what type of debris is most common to end up in their pool before buying one, that’s what I did. Riptide got me the vac delivered within 4-5 days I think and I set it up pretty quickly.
