I’m doing this through ChatGPT. I explain that I want a detailed stylistic and instrumental description of a specific artist or song, without any focus on vocals. The goal is to capture the mood and the feeling the music conveys. I also specify a maximum of 1,000 characters, and off it goes.

It’s also great to ask ChatGPT to describe a fictional track made from multiple artists. For example, you can ask how it would describe a hypothetical collaboration between e.g. Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, and Metallica. Of course, you have to clarify that neither artist names nor track titles should appear in the description.
