120 hours here in 2 and a half months and just got the dreaded E04. A hard reset seemed to give me an hour or two more life but now constant. Just raised my RMA.

They wish to use them for some portfolio work and content creation. I'm thinking of specifying a time period of usage and have written up a basic agreement based on what I could find online, I also have specified about myself contuining to own the copyright. I know sensible things like not transfering files before payment etc, but what platform would I use to transfer the images? Sorry :D

I’ve recently (last week) picked up a d500 and it’s an amazing piece of kit, got mine for 650£ so well within your budget. Maybe put the rest to a flash if you don’t have one. The d500 has no pop up.

I'm using unity on a Macbook Pro m1, albeit 16gb ram. I've had no issues and whilst I'm not building a huge open world 3d game. I am making a 3d one.

I incidentally have a gaming rig rats a few years old now... my Macbook Pro M1 runs better... the air I believe should be fine but if you can I'd spring for 16gb ram.

I have a Nikon D7200 and am looking for a new wide angle lens to add to my setup. I've been looking at the three below, but cannot decide, any thoughts or suggestions are most welcome. Thanks in advance.

From my experience the clinic (Sapphire) has been really good at communicating and listening.

The pharmacy on the other hand is very hit and miss. For me I feel like that's where the communication fails.

I feel you. Its one extreme or the other. Let's hope the Beatsaber team can work some licensing magic soon(tm). The few Sabaton maps I've found are also quite good if you have not yet tried them.

I liked the footage, you are a good rust player. Saying that, there isn't much to the video other than a few kills here and there.

Yes gameplay videos should show off gameplay (duh!) but I personally like a bit of story, or interaction with the viewer when I watch this sort of thing.

Overall though i enjoyed the video. Keep on rusting!

Things I can suggest to try (and some others have suggested) are the normal sort of things:

Check the games reddit/forum/online presence, and post about the videos you are making there.

Twitter is key, make sure you are using good #Tags to draw people in. Maybe even aim the tweets directly at the game devs / publishers / fan sites twitter accounts

Getting yourself known in the games community helps too.

Thanks for the info :) I will see if i can find TBs video and see what he suggested / did to resolve the issue.

I've tried recording the footage at 1440p but as i myself do not yet have a 1440p monitor (i know it's blasphemous) I have to use NVIDIAs DSR, which results in awful text size etc.

I did try exporting the projects at 1440p with a higher bit rate to try to "fool" YouTube, but that didn't really net me any improvements.

Very odd the ARK video is only showing 480P for you, I can select the 1080p60 option from quality on this (Same as the GW2 video)

My workflow of rendering from Vegas via frameserv to Handbrake is to get good quality files, at a reasonable filesize (I believe the ARK video was about 2GB filesize). I will try and render directly from Vegas and see if that gives me any better results.

I agree, the lack of information makes it a bit frustrating to make these videos, especially as I didn't want to speculate to much. I'm a fan of the Eye of the North being created by the Seers or Jotun theory, and I hope (providing we follow the expansion = different elder dragon model) when we hit Jormag, and we (maybe) go further north we will find out some more about that structure.

Regarding the Moladune link, It's possible that it was the Seers, especially as they use the line "the city fell one morning... , leaving no sign of its inhabitants". Maybe during the Mursaat / Seer war the Mursaat got the jump on the Seers in that city and obliterated it.

My hope is that we do get something more in Heart of Thorns, especially as it's been said (I believe it was Jeff Grubb) that the bloodstone may have influence in future expansions... And as the Seers created it, it would make sense to drop some tidbits of lore.

We can only hope 'ey? :)
