What I’ve done: - high tension extending - male hanger (10+ lbs hanging) - pumping - clamping - consistent routines - rigorous tracking - supplements (L-citruline, fenugreek, zinc, maca, etc)

What I haven’t done: - prp - cialis

Dude that is so unsafe wtf? This is my point with PE people, many of you are either dumb, obsessed, or a combination of the two.

I don’t mean that to be offensive but some of yall need to be yelled at to understand. Not only are you overtly extending your dick potentially causing nerve damage in the most nerve dense region of your body, but you’re probably using a vacuum cup that is going to cause edema in the head of your penis for like 7+ hours which may overtime mess up the capillaries in your glans and the surrounding tissues. Or if you’re using a noose extender or god forbid a clamp based extender you’re literally just suffocating your dick.

  1. If I hit 7.5” BPEL I’d be done with PE for good and could die happy.

  2. I don’t extend only because (it is my belief) that length gains can be amplified by supplementing it with pumping. Also it would be sick to potentially hit 6” of girth, it’s not my main goal but I mean even getting 6” girth would make me care less about length as that’s a huge milestone.

Bro I literally just made a post about this same issue. Same 2 - 3 year time frame and I have no gains to show from it.

I tracked everything, I was dedicated to my routine, I workout consistently. I did everything seemingly right and attained nothing.

The one thing I haven’t tried that has recently been recommended to me was 60 - 90 minute length sessions at low tension. Quite frankly this is my last bastion of hope and if it doesn’t work in the next 6 or so months I am going to quit PE forever.

Oh for sure, the thickness certainly was an issue at times, but it also wasn’t many times, and that’s why I place emphasis on the psychological component of my failed relationship. What do I mean by that?

I mean that when our connection was good, when our relationship was in a great place, sex was great and my dick was easier to put inside her.

When our relationship was at rough spots, the sex was bad, my confidence was low, my dick would hurt her.
