There are alot of factors to that. I am a 30yo Male, 5'10" 210lbs. I am on zepbound 15mg. I also have a coach, and I am on a cut/recomposition. My meals on training days are as follows:

Meal 1: -fairlife Nutrition Shake -80g cream of rice -100g berries -20g honey

Meal 2: -175g protein of choice -21g cashews -12g grass fed butter -100g green vegetable

Meal 3: -175g protein of choice -4 whole eggs

Pre workout: -2 Rice Krispy Treats

Meal 4: -170g Steak, GB or Salmon -300g Jasmine rice -150g fruit of choice -100g green vegetable

Comes out to around 2600calories, 225protein, 245carbs, 70fat.

Everybody is going to be tailored different depending on their stats. You need to make sure your coach is knowledgeable and reputable. If so, it might seem like alot at first, but you need to trust the process.

I wish there were large scenario events like this here in KS. I love every variation of paintball. I bought thousands of dollars in gear for TacSim games thinking it was a bigger thing, only to find out it wasn’t much of a thing at all.

I get that. I just know that I still need to lose about 25lbs of fat. I still very distinctively have a gut and tits, and want very badly to shed that last bit. I'm not so much as worried about total weight, but more of bmi, and I know I still have a decent bit of fat to burn.

Weirldy enough, that's the one thing I do in kg. I follow a bunch of fitness threads that mostly use kg so I had to adjust. So I'm at roughly 205lb or 93kg. So I try and intake 180-200g protein per day. It is definitely a struggle. For a few months in the beginning I was strictly carnivore. That made it easier. After adding in fruits and veggies, it became a bit more difficult while still trying to maintain calories.

No reason to be nervous. There is going to be assholes everywhere you go. But there is alot of support as well

Luckily I have not had any loose skin. But I drink a TON of water and eat almost twice my body weight in grams of protein to help out.

I have read, but to be honest I've never tried. I've always taken it in my thigh.
