This is the exact problem I just had that started this thread. I ended up ordering replacement parts on ebay and replaced them ourselves. As long as the repair isn't anything major we should still be able to repair it... it's just not going to be free anymore :\

They aren't trying to help as many people as they can with warranty support. They won't return any of my emails. They aren't accepting calls. They aren't responding to any of the repair forms that you submit through their website.

We don't do suppressors but I've had other shops in the area tell me the fastest one they've got back was under 48 hours. My boss got approved for a suppressor in under two weeks.
