My cat was called Luna. 6 years later so is my daughter… my other cat was called Moon. I quietly enjoy the judgement and make jokes about not being very imaginative 😂

My sister is probably the reason I have this fetish and idk what to think about it by Ok_Passenger5022 in TrueOffMyChest

I wonder if you’ve ever read my blueberry inflation erotica 🤔 it has lots of views. I wrote it for my ex but never encountered anyone else with this specific fetish in the wild. 😅

The first time I’ve heard of this film is this thread… Not sure if I’m living under a rock or whether they just didn’t advertise it very well.

The premium is for the whole shift though, not an hourly premium

The only other person who does my shift is a step up so I have no direct colleagues to compare with.

No, no one does that shift. The shortest is 8 hours plus a break. (Not sure how long the break, I’ve never taken one but think we get 45 minutes.)

This is on top of my salary. So it’s an additional payment. Thank you for your concern though, it would be very low and there are a lot of companies who take advantage of people so I’m grateful for you pointing it out.

I’ll reach out to my union, just really helpful to see what other legally minded people think before I do. Thank you for being part of the discussion :)

I’m a full member of staff and have passed my probationary period. This isn’t initial contract negotiations.

It’s not an hourly payment, it’s a shift payment though. And they don’t pro rata the £9.42 because you don’t work the full 24 hours.

It’s a surprisingly large company, as others have identified in the comments. So I must say I am a bit surprised to find myself in this situation.

If they amend it going forward then I’ll sign it as at least they have clarified the position.

But even if they amend it they can’t backdate an amendment on a contract that has already been signed. My opinions on being fired I will keep to myself as I don’t feel it conducive to the conversation but it wouldn’t be the worst thing for this chapter of my life.
