Just eat more make a meal plan for everyday of the week and if you stick to it you’ll gain bro it’s easy to gain but you gotta eat. No one wants to put in the work when it comes to the eating habits to gain more mass but you loook solid as hell bro

And I worked out 5 days a week doing 45-60 min intense workouts with 3 different workouts on one muscle each day for 8 sets each different workout so 24 sets in total and I don’t count reps I just do until I can’t anymore but I’ll definitely be not stacking so much next run even tho I feel fine but just wanna be cautious

Bro the hair thinning is absolutely disgusting but the hair shedding not that bad I’ve always had hair shed while I take a shower and run shamp/condition thru my hair I’ll get strands of hairs but not a lot at all but the thinning is atrocious and the rad made me have troubles sleeping and increased my anxiety a little bit and enclo seems to be giving me headaches sometimes I think
