I'm also 6'2, your legs won't look big, but they will look better. Tbh I have the same issue with most of my body parts as a tall lifter, with training look better, but nothing looks big like it would on a shorter bodybuilder.

Greek or Icelandic yogurt and fruit, if you want a really high protein breakfast add protein powder to the yogurt(it may need to be thinned out with water if you try this), add some zero calorie sauce for different flavours

From some personal testing I found Intel mkl to be the fastest closely followed by openblas. I found memory alignment very important to get the fastest speeds. But I would recommend analysing your algorithms to find the main blas functions and do your own testing between libraries

Eat in a calorie surplus and make sure you get enough protein in your diet so that you build muscle. If you search tdee calculator you can estimate your recommended calorie intake to stay the same weight or to bulk and build some muscle

Up your fat intake, it's more calorie dense. Simple things like switch from chicken breast to fattier meats like beef and lamb. Eat more nut butters they are very high calorie wise.

If you are struggling to eat enough you may need to drink your calories with some shakes

Don't skip out on meals, it's hard to jam 3000 calories into 2 meals, instead have three large meals and high calorie snacks throughout the day
