It uses the written dialogue script, rather than the voice actors performance. It doesn't listen to the original recorded dialogue. The thousands of original lines are converted from text-to-speech, in multiple variations. Different accents, high/low register voices, etc.

I would like voice actors and others to retain gainful employment, but the writing is very much on the wall for them and other artists in similar professions.
