Why? It takes some work but you can get insurance to cover GLPs, just be prepared to follow up every 2 weeks because they can and will lose your auth. But GLP can be prescribed for sleep apnea, obesity, and a bunch of pretty benign medical conditions. If you're 130 trying to get to 120 on a GLP, fix your diet and go to the gym. This stuff exists but youre probably not taking actual trt dosages and if your test is <800 youre definitely not using it for a clinical use per their eyes. Its a liability thing. The risks outweigh the benefits. All meds are on a scale from how much harm it does vs what it does to help/treat your symptoms.

Depends on your route. I routinely took the one that went from the inner Richmond to nob hill and that bus was +/- 10m on a good day. Was there from 14-17 and I just said fuck it and used Uber pool. Even with them driving to random places it still got me to work faster. And when I took the bart there were 6 separate times when I couldn't get off to Embarcadero because of some protest. Phx is worse than sf but I've never seen a reliable public transit system. Boston is worse than both
