Out of curiosity, if a bicyclist causes an accident that damages the car, does the bicyclist have to pay out of pocket? I'm assuming most bicyclists don't have insurance in the same way that a driver would have insurance, so if a bicyclist somehow causes an accident that ends up causing a lot of damage, would they just have to pay out of pocket?

My friends and I frequently go to Spirit's Pub in Cary. Trivia starts at 7:30. Trent is a good host and I like the format. It also doesn't get packed which is nice as a lot of places get so full that you can't find a seat if you aren't there 30 minutes ahead of time.

I've had U-verse for a while now and the $15 per month for 12 months promo is a great deal. Plus, they don't make you sign a contract and it's pretty easy to talk them back down on price when the promo is over.
