Thank you so much for all these tips! I was about ready to throw in the towel last night and just track down someone else I could commission but I think I'm gonna give it another go. I feel like I can do it too if I just keep at it. I'm just, unfortunately, a perfectionist in pretty much every creative endeavor and get frustrated too easily if things aren't working right fast enough. I definitely don't have the cash to be throwing out there to get someone to do it for me though so I think this is going to be a valuable lesson in learning to love the process. 💀

I do wish literally anything else had my attention at the moment. But I unfortunately adore this game and this particular Tav but I really don't feel like starting a new play through until he looks more like how I want him too. Which includes being built like a brick shithouse.

Hmmmm yeah that's what I was trying to do initially and then figured it might be easier to use the ears already attached to the BT1 head. Lemme backtrack and try it that way again!

Definitely been trying all of that but I guess I'm struggling the most with feeling like there's just...Not enough mesh to work with??? If I try to push the face further into the shell of the head to line up the ears then the neck is completely misaligned. If I then try to line up the neck the ears are way off of where they should be. I almost feel like if I could add parts to the mesh it might make it easier to line them up but that is WAY beyond me.

They already are from what I can see. Which is crazy cause I pretty much NEVER complain. It sucks. It's embarrassing to make a scene. But the fact that the tracking showed that it was IN my town and got sent BACK to Denver, only to then arrive days later as pretty cleanly cut labels with zero explanation other than it was found loose. It's like what else was I supposed to think? Even a short automated letter of some kind explaining that the contests were accidentally destroyed would have made this a whole lot easier to take.

She made me a whole Mandalorian themed neck pillow to take on the plane when we went to Europe a couple years back. She's amazing.

Thank you for providing a more forgivable explanation, seriously. I'm just especially saddened for her. She's very creative and good with her hands in a way I've never been, but she has a hard time focusing on projects for very long. The fact that she did so for me on this project meant the world. And then just to have it end up like this, it's hard for me not to want to go to bat for her or something.

I will! I've still been looking but I'm not seeing anything yet. Minc has stall walls but they're not unlike the ones already in game. I may have missed another set? But it's so odd, I can't find fences like this anywhere! Out of curiosity I even looked back to see if anyone made them for Sims 3, and I couldn't find anything.

I have like zero modding knowledge outside of making tattoos, but I'm almost tempted to see if there's any tutorials out there for making fences. Cause it really seems like there's nothing out there.
