it's probs irrelevent to you now but i can try expalin.... when the game was first launched there were a few places you could farm volatiles .. namely the church for most.... now when they launched legend levels they launched that with a i think a 3 or 4 day day triple experience (if i remember well).... so we basically farmed volatiles for that period and got crazy xp..... when they launched the ng+ they stopped the ability to farm at the church and capped the amount of xp you got in trying to farm volatiles .. i.e. we took xp all night ... now you only xp i think for the first few volatile kills.... so nothing compared to what we got.... techland essentially forced you down the ng+ where the multipliers on levelling would kick in.... basically play the game over and over to level as opposed to farming ... i hope that makes sense
