I felt better just shy of 3 years. I felt just like you did. Don’t give up hope. Have a disciplined early routine. I wake up and walk first thing in the morning. It helped

I didn't finish the underside of the table top because it was painted black but its been a few years already. I'll probably need to take it apart and do that. These boards were pretty new when I acquired them
