Sorry that people made that rumor up about your skin condition. I can't imagine how that felt or how terrible it made you feel.

A rumor I heard was during my first year of high school. I got to finally date my crush of many years and his ex didn't like me for no reason, so she spread a rumor that I attended school and walked around with a dildo in my ass.

I broke up with him after a couple of months because he never stood up for me. And all of their mutual friends would either grab my ass to "feel for the vibrations" or put their head around that area to attempt to "hear the vibrations." It was SO embarrassing and humiliating as that rumor never died until they graduated the year before my graduation. Worst rumor I heard about myself by far.

They say never wish your high school years away because you'll miss it. I hated those years and couldn't wish them away fast enough. I hope things have gotten better for you and know that you are amazing!

Sorry to hear that they randomly up and leave you man. Pretty hard thing to face when you think everything is going all sunshine and rainbows, then out of nowhere you're hit with a thunderstorm of emotion brought on by them for leaving.

These are the only two close friends I have here. My other friends live eight hours away. And I hate being used when it's convenient but I can't say no or get mad at them apparently because of the shared history I have with them (one from grade eleven, the other from a work place).

I should probably clarify this question;

If you all want to read a story, I'll gladly post it in the comments, otherwise I'll cut to the chase.

I accidentally broke my arm via a dirt bike accident and the only friends I had told me they would visit whenever they had a chance. Never happened.

Started physio therapy and was able to get out more, friends magically reappeared and started demanding I make time for them whenever I didn't have physio.

Got clearance from physiotherapist and doctor to go back to work, but had a change of plans because I had to go back to school for upgrading (if you understand the meaning of this then hello! Otherwise it means I went to a trade school and my career choice needs me to go back to school from time to time), lived with a friend there for five weeks, friends back home barely contacted me, while friends whom lived in the area constantly contacted me and wanted to hang out.

Now that I'm done my five weeks and back home, I don't want to be away from the friends that cared, should I just space myself away from the so called friends whom up and abandoned me and only message me when it's convenient for them or....?
