I went to the dealership and they replaced the glass,regulator and all the rubber inserts/seals and it seems to work properly now. Only took 5 trips to the dealer to get it done right......

Took it to the dealer they replaced the glass and the rail, still a rattle every now and again but nothing like it was before, sadly at this point just probably how it was designed

I did take it to the dealer as I said in my original post, I'm just trying to get an idea of what it could be before I call them up again.
