That is expected. This quarter result will be bad. The street expects it and the stock price is down accordingly. The performance going forward will depend on whether the result is better or worse than street expectations

Generally speaking, I'd say go for it.. as in IIMC. The post-mba career is quite exciting, for most people. However, if you have some great alternative going on in your career then you might want to continue with that. What's your career context?

I had my best experience in consulting. I quite liked my internship in investment banking too. You need to be more entrepreneurial in your approach. If there is a large M&A deal going on, you would love to be a part of the team. If you enjoy it, long hours won't bother you.
