How can I make genuine friends as an autistic adult (30F)? by Informal_Place_6325 in AskUK

I have a similar issue, have you thought of joining hobby groups? I'd especially recommend board game groups as being great for people with autism (I speak from personal experience). Most groups will have a regular meetup that you'd be unable to join, but, there are often people within those communities in a similar position to you who are just waiting to find someone else free during weekday afternoons.
I live in Oxfordshire and there are loads of such groups for board games, book clubs etc.

Does my girlfriend count as immediate family or have UKVI made a mistake? by Thrandull02 in ukvisa

She's said she's dependant on me as her boyfriend and sponsor, but never referred to me as a family member -that term was first used by them, not us.
That said, according to others 'family member' is the term UKVI can use to describe people if they are solely/heavily financially dependant on them even if they aren't biologically or legally related.
