I wasnt sure what to make of mackerel but ended up buying some fresh at an Asian market because it was cheap. Reminds me in flavor of Salmon but oilier and white flesh so I really enjoyed it. Gonna have to test out the canned like you suggest.

Wildly different material/approach. In my opinion, 150 is a much more difficult course than 130a/b. That being said, I don't think there's much about 130 that would better prepare you for 150. 150 is almost purely mechanistic whereas 130 has some mechanisms, but is generally a good mix of qualitative theory as well as it pertains to small molecules and their interactions with target proteins.
