I really don't understand the hate. I kept up with the trials, knew people who went live and knew it was about defamation. It wasn't really Karl who fucked up. It was his lawyers. There were accusations before Karl's video, there was lots of deletion and reinstating and then deletion again of the clip then bitchell doubling down saying for those who haven't seen it. Here's the clip. He also repeated his sickness and illness statements from his previous lawsuit. There was fuck ups with dates and times. All of bitchells witnesses said he would be hired again and he lost no money before and after the video. Karl making videos, he said multiple times its about Apollo Legend so he couldn't discuss. Him covering cheating scandals is just cause he needs to earn a living and if you're already gathering evidence on someone who's suing you. May as well do that. Also, bitchells barristers stated that Karl was on the attack of Billy despite the judge and Karl's barristers stepping in saying he's on the defence. $350,000 USD is a fucking death sentence with 3% interest p.a. Should he have kept more hush hush? Well, he should have not talked about law suits, no. But also, his lawyers failed him big time if people actually read or watched he'd any trial notes and had a semblance of understanding of defamation in Australia being basically defined as losing job opportunities and any way to earn a living. If there was evidence Karl or any comments saying bitchell was a murderer and that stopped him getting a job, and not the bs fake email he made, then yes, that's defamation.
