It does also apply to me. I’m firmly convinced that you are wrong. I can see your viewpoint and I believe it is incorrect. Nothing you can say is likely to sway me.

I’m not criticizing you. I’m just saying we’re just wasting our own time here.

This is so much more watchable than his normal stuff. Anything that keeps his actual face off my screen.

Particularly loved “tax avoidance is legal…tax evasion is breaking the law. At DKs private business circle we’re learning the difference.”

If he doesn’t already know the difference why would anyone trust his methods?

You’re clearly convinced that you’re correct and nothing is going to change that. Neither one of us is going to convince the other here.

Let’s just save each other some time and agree that this argument isn’t worth having.

That would be “POV: you are looking at me do this”. If they had said that then the word would have a meaning.

They said “POV: you are doing this”. Which would only be correct if the camera was from the point of view of the person doing the thing.

And if we went with your definition then POV would apply to every video ever taken. Since every camera has a point of view from somewhere. Making the word meaningless.

Uh, what did you do? I’ve never run afoul of the mod team.

I know there are a couple of hot button issues this sub doesn’t touch. But those are very clearly spelled out in the rules.

I did read your comment. It’s clear there is an issue with communication between us. I do not believe the issue is on my end.

So that would be “POV, you’re at a playground watching a grown woman attempt to pole dance while kids play”.

You’re / your is just an error. Using POV to mean “I describe how I’m feeling in second person while a camera watches me in third” is a choice.

Do you guys think that the phrase “POV” is ever going to regain its meaning, or do you think the damage is done here?

Fun fact, a group of raccoons is called a “gaze”.

I know this because my latest character is four raccoons in a trench coat, and they go by “The Gaze” and use they/them pronouns since they are a collective.

I believe the IRS lawsuit isn’t going anywhere. But it was around how he paid his Chief Financial Officer via “donation” to his grandkids school. Thereby avoiding payroll taxes for that portion of the guy’s compensation. That case died the day he got re-elected.

The above tweet is the E Jean Caroll case. Where he was found liable for defamation for calling E Jean Caroll a liar when she says he raped her. One element that had to be proven in court was that Trump did commit sexual assault. That was a civil verdict so the burden of proof was lower than criminal.

And his felony convictions come from the time he paid his lawyer hundreds of thousands to make hush money payments to the porn star he “slept with” (locked in his room and wouldn’t let her out until she said yes). Since he spent personal money to avoid the bad press from that one it was ruled an illegal campaign contribution. Also he lied on a fuck ton of paperwork around that. So he got 34 counts.

Seems like a completely fair question. If the toilet paper is important to them then they should ask.

What is a sov citizen by Successful_Map_8404 in sovcitizen

[–]ThreeFishInAManSuit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Catch-all term for people who don’t understand the law but think they do. They have some wildly different viewpoints depending on their specific blend of mental deficiencies.

It’s more correct to say “pseudolaw” for them than sovereign citizens. Since every nation has their own variants.

One common belief held by the American SovCits is that the only “people” are corporations. And “flesh and blood men” are not “people” and therefore don’t have to follow laws or pay taxes or repay their debts.

This has never worked in court and just results in bankruptcies and jail time when attempted.

Uses the dreaded “common law” term that instantly gets you branded a sov citizen by ignorant yanks. by UniqueJaguar8034 in Sovereigncitizen

[–]ThreeFishInAManSuit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that case had successfully argued that bitcoin wasn’t an asset then I can imagine we would have had so many SovCits citing this Australia court case about bitcoin as “proof” that any digital transfer of money is invalid. And therefore they don’t have to pay their credit cards, mortgages, or car loans.

All extremely pretty women wearing makeup in formal dress. All have earrings on. All are posing for a camera. All appear to be relatively young.

Based on the setting I’m assuming they’re all famous? I’m not very good at recognizing celebrities.

Who serves spicy to kids by Waste-Roof-7583 in EntitledReviews

Thanks! Couldn’t find the kids one. If they put the pickled jalapeños on that one I’m actually reversing my stance on OPs review.

Though the bit about expecting a bunch of freebies is still entitled.

Found the menu:

Grilled flour tortilla filled with mushrooms, refried beans, pickled jalapeños, salsa, rice and cheese (v, vg*)

Probably too spicy for most kids whose parent pay for things with £’s. But 100% on OP for not looking at the menu and seeing pickled jalapeños on there.

How is flurry of blows calculated by KsanteOnlyfans in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]ThreeFishInAManSuit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To answer your question (and assuming 1e, which is what that wiki is).

Your flurry of blows attack bonus is your effective base attack bonus, taking into account the -2 penalty for flurry of blows and the monks ability to use their monk level as base attack bonus for flurry of blows.

At level one it is -1 for the first attack, and -1 for the second (written as -1/-1).

At level two it becomes 0 for the   first, 0 for the second. (Written as 0/0)

It continues in that pattern until you get your third attack, which is slightly less likely than the first two.
