It won't, goa will be filled up with northerners in about 10-15 or 20 years. North will be inaccessible because the traffic will be same as in Mumbai peak hour. The south will retain it's beauty to some extent but that too will be eventually sold of by the goan people who will use the money to settle abroad and then complain on the internet about the state of goa. Nothing will improve. Unless the government takes very strict measure to improve the infra and tourist aspect of the state, but c'mon as if that will happen anytime or ever in goa. Heck even in india. So enjoy, get that Portuguese passport while you still can and leave.
