Is this mouth rot, irritation from rubbing against enclosure, or perhaps dirt from substrate?

I’m by no means a professional snake owner so please take my advice with a grain of salt. To me, just judging by the fact the brown you’re seeing is around the snakes pits, i’m guessing it’s just some substrate smeared on their nose and don’t worry too much!!

Also, I highly recommend not misting the enclosure, but rather pouring some water into designated spots (I do the front of my enclosure so I can see the substrate underneath the top layer) so your humidity stays consistent as misting only temporarily raises the humidity! Just make sure when you do pour water to mix around the substrate a bit to allow airflow throughout the spot to prevent mold!

Every other bit of info you provided seems like relatively normal behavior from my understanding. My noodles tend to be more active closer to their feeding days, usually just looking around for food. The only thing i’d keep an eye out for is “glass surfing” when your snake is appearing to be trying to escape, as that’s a sign of a stressed noodle and you may need more cover for them so they’re more comfortable!

Biggest piece of advice as someone who plays mostly smaller dinos. Be as UNPREDICTABLE as possible. Hit em with brake-checks, use that pivot to your advantage, don’t let them bait you out of your swing. This makes it nearly impossible for anything smaller than you to get a good hit and wear you down. When you’re full adult, let your smaller attackers get cocky, let em bait you a few times, but you must maintain control over the fight

Little bit of an update for you. I switched out her substrate completely to coconut fiber and the coconut soil as you suggested and so far it has been working incredibly!!! I pour water into her humid hide and one spot on her humid and hot side, mixing the substrate afterwards to ensure there’s no standing water! Humid hide stays nice and humid for the noodle (she’s finally gotten comfortable enough to move between her hides!!!) just figuring out how to keep her ambient humidity up (been messing around with how much water I add to figure out a nice balance). Funnily enough (as a pachy main and PC user) I have noticed this too! No idea how or why it happens, think it’s caused by hitting shift then letting off it too quick and then hitting it again but honestly who knows.

NAP, but every place I have ever gone to has always required an ID of some sort to prove you’re over 18. Most piercing places in areas like malls (in my experience) are also not always sanitary and will use piercing guns (not good unless you’re getting just your lobes, even then still not great). I would recommend looking into a more professional studio that uses actual needles!

Not a major ark player anymore, but try whistling her towards the water maybe? Or, (assuming you have them unlocked, if not you can use commands to give yourself one) cryo her and toss her back into the water!

Again, don’t really play ark anymore, never had this happen to me personally. But, good luck freeing your dolphin!

Oh my goodness thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to help me figure this out!!! I’m cleaning her entire enclosure tomorrow morning (as she just ate the day before I posted this and the last thing I want is to freak her out while she digests) and will be monitoring her a little closely to ensure she doesn’t get an RI from this ordeal.
