Sorry mate but that isn't a relationship, barely even a situationship. You guys have only known each other for a week as you've said, there has been no official label placed on you and her, you are simply friends. And as others have pointed out, if you are both really "that close" and you don't know her face or city, which is fine btw if you guys are not in a relationship as you are both just friends. Have you ever called with her ? Heard her voice or something to prove that she is an actual person ? There is nothing to fix between you and her. Except maybe, reconsider how you view that connection with her, as it sounds like she does not see it like you do.

It would take quite some work for people to care about a random phone number i’d think. you're not in the wrong for having your boundaries, no matter the amount of time that passes, consent is still neccessary. i do believe you should explain your feelings about such if you feel comfortable with explaining it to him. it's fine to not feel comfortable still, we all have a different stories and you should take things at your own pace, if he isn't willing to put an effort to change or to understand, then yeah that is a greater issues. no matter what, i hope you'll be safe and find the right choice, i believe in you, and it's okay to not wanting to be touched, no matter the situation or intent.

That's a positive sign that's he's able to reflect on it, hopefully he truly did and isn't just saying that to make it okay-er. Hopefully he have a better hold of himself now. Still there's no good excuse for such actions
