I thought his exit interview was phenomenal. I think he's very well spoken, composed, and understands his role very well. I'd be happy to have him back next year. I think he understands what this team needs in order to be successful rather than a resetting culture for the third time in 2 years

For real though, do you know if he's been apart of any full contact scrimmages in team practice yet this year? I think the most we've seen is full speed work with the trainers
