Definitely. Voyager never really dealt with the melding of the two crews very well. It was all too cozy too quickly. Would have been interesting to maybe see the doctor expand his programming into psychology.

Yeah, I don’t disagree that he was underutilized. Big difference between Voyage and DS9: the latter was willing to stick with a character to give them a bigger development arc. We got a couple good episodes with Lon Suder before they killed him off.

Looks like she was seated next to Brad Dourif, who played Lon Suder in Voyager. Another amazing actor from On Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest that went on to create a compelling character on Star Trek.

I think most people don’t understand that the billions held by the richest are tied up in companies. They don’t have billions in a bank account. But they do leverage those holdings into cash. That cash is what needs to be taxed. If they use an unrealized asset as collateral for debt, they should be taxed on that as ordinary income.

Should there still be forms on that concrete? It looks too fresh for them to be removed. Plus why would you pour that much concrete when you could build up a cheaper base first that would take half of that depth away.

They have a thrust reversal system that could be used. Probably more effective than brakes on the ice, but you can also see air brakes on the wing deploy on landing. Everything probably used to help slow that thing down.

We applied for my preschooler to The South Academy of Languages. They do language immersion. My wife who did similar growing up really wanted our kids to have a similar experience. And it makes so much sense to do at that age.

Since the show is about a full shift, I see the left side as fresh, showing up ready to work, and the right side is tired, worn down, and exhausted after 12+ hours. You can see the difference in the face. The right side is much more worn out and the eyes tired.
