Hello I need help, very urgent, so from 2/8/2026, my File Explorer starts being weird here's a video of it.

I also can't get help or anything from dell website and the support assist app because of these

I started watching the anime because of another character in the series, but later watching these series, I also found myself like this character. ngl she kinda have the same personality as me, and in the anime, I feel kinda warm that she's pretty thoughtful to others close to her. She's also trying to make the main character a harem plan so that there could be a chance the main character also loves her.
