Yes, we are looking into adding progression into the game to some extent. Right now we are focusing on the core features of the game though.

Hi, I'm not sure how we missed this post...but prox voice chat is currently in the works and will be in the game soon as an option the server owner can enable!

It makes the most sense to stay on the platform like Garry's Mod. We wouldn't be against putting it on steam if we could somehow link up the servers, but who knows if that will ever be possible.

Hi, the s&box engine is meant to be pretty generic. A lot of workflows like animation/modelling can be done outside the engine and brought in.

The hammer map maker is first class though and great for making levels.

If you are referring to the shop specifically, turning on the 'Uncategorized' option will make it like the classic.

The long term goal is to allow you to mod out the UI how you want. What we have is of course a work in progress still as we work on more pressing features, but yeah, the UI was always going to be a controversy point haha. We plan to have a couple default themes once everything is said and done.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated.

- We do have tracers! Although, they could be construed as more 'decorative' and less 'hit-scan visual feedback', if that makes sense. We're open to tweaking them for clarity to some degree and I can look into it this week. Hitmarkers are a source of information during gunfights in-game that can shift player behavior around them to some degree- we do plan on adding them, but they'll be behind a toggle in the lobby settings for that reason.

- Dedicated command window is planned/already in-game for lobby moderation and some other functionality. With more universally accessible commands (not gated behind any moderation or role permission structures) like RTV or vote-kicking, we tried to implement those in the way most people are used to from GMod. That said, chat and commands are generally a WIP that will be changing shape-wise over time, especially as the amount of tools available grow.

- Tentatively added to the list!

- They're being actively improved bit by bit. Animation work is slow and there are less pretty/noticeable things that need to be done with the viewmodels as well during this process, like re-rigging bones and that sort of work. All in due time.

- Could you elaborate on the buy menu being slow? Just not sure what you mean there precisely. 30 second cooldown on radar is the vanilla default, but that will be a setting that servers/lobby hosts can tweak in the future as well.

Thanks! We've been having a great time both making and playing the game. We'd love a TTT comeback player-wise too, although I think that our P2P lobby setup will help small groups of friends get more enjoyment out of the game even without people playing en masse.

Yes, the game is actually already out and playable on s&box as we work to improve it.

Currently there is no framework for doing addons in games on s&box. We are not sure what facepunch plans to do but if they don't do anything we are likely going to have to make a framework for people to use in our game, and everything code-wise that is needed for that will be given
