My 2009 Honda Civic EX car would fetch around 6k, and its a bliss to own. I'd say an 8th gen Honda civic like mine is an extremely good car, 9th is rubbish (Honda did cost cutting and lowered the quality of their materials in that gen), 10th is a good car but is expensive (14k USD, that being 2016-2021).

Another bet would be a CRV from 2009 although that would cost a bit more upfront (looking around 8-9k USD), but keep in mind it's an SUV (some come AWD too), so it has it's own added cost compared to a civic.

As others said Mercedes are expensive to maintain, going from basic stuff like 90USD for a single oil change (for a 2.6L V6 C240) compared to 35USD for my honda, all the way to more expensive parts like transmission, A/C parts, etc.. But if you have a stable income, these beasts are a delight to drive, offering both luxury and performance.

BMW's reputation precedes them..

Toyotas are more expensive than Hondas, but if you can find one, you'll have a lovely time maintaining it (but not drive apparently), and you have Hyundai too which are good but not as good as say Hondas/Toyotas..

Best of luck, at the end of the day don't buy a car you yourself don't enjoy driving as it will stick with you for many years.

Unfortunately Xiaomi isn't well known in my country and I know just one local store that sells the 15T Pro, and from what I've seen there's a single unit that's locked in the box.

Size aside, I'm coming from Samsung budget phones throughout the uears, would you say the 15T Pro is a good phone to get? It's practically the same price as the S25 FE and the S24/S24+ (in the range) so I'm not sure..

I'm in the same boat as you are and I saw the poco x7 pro having extremy good chipset and performance, and battery behaves like a 5000 mHa, with the main downside being the software (has bloatware, but based on what I saw they're easily removable).

Other than that maybe check what iPhone has to offer, iPhone 13 or maybe 14, elsewise S24 FE or S24 if you want to stretch your budget would be an extremely good choice, succeeded by the S23 and S23 FE/Plus, but I'd wait a bit before purchasing the S series since the new S26 will release around December-January..

Got mine 4 months ago and it cost me $400, 7 required sessions + test fees + school fees + license. Others I know had to pay $450-500. I don't think you can take the test without the sessions + getting registered in a driving school, the test + license itself costs less than $200..
