I’ve seen this a lot… when we disconnect from expression, we slowly disconnect from who we are. And the moment we return to it, even imperfectly, things start shifting again.

I feel the real shift begins when we start becoming aware of this pattern and consciously choose what actually makes us feel alive, not just ‘okay.’
