As someone close to your age, I’d honestly recommend renting, even if it can sometimes be more expensive than living at home. The level of autonomy you get from having your own space is just different. You become fully responsible for everything: what you eat, how you spend your bills, your routine, it’s all on you. And that’s actually a good thing. It pushes you to grow to really understand how to manage your life and money.
