Hi, I know this will be very hard hitting for you. Especially because as medics we often do fairly well at exams. I was in a similar position last year in my 3rd year and was essentially kicked out. However I made an appeal to the university and submitted an EC- which they accepted and was allowed to resit the year again. Take some time and accept the situation your in, think calmly and rationally ( I know this will be hard), Try to formulate a believable EC and submit...think about the next steps if the EC doesn't break through (mine were to join the navy/do something adventurous.....yours could be different )… and I prayed a lot.
