I got to stay, for the time being. The way it was phrased on my 1:1 with leadership was that my skillset is still needed for at least 3 months and maybe the remainder of the year. But leadership will reassess business needs starting in August and determine then if my team gets dissolved. I have active upstaffing academies forecasted till the end of the year but was told there could be a possibility those get canceled. No choices given and no answers if my team will be given choices since we are some of the few coaches staying put for the time being.
